Of the 79,430 people living in Lewis County in 2020, 49.9 percent (39,667) were women and 50.1 percent (39,763) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Sound Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 234. In the 65 and over age range, there were 8,688 females and 8,016 males.
