The Board of County Commissioners Seek Public Comment on Board of Health Expansion

The proposed ordinance expands the Board of Health from three to at least eight members

OLYMPIA – The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing Tuesday, March 22, at 3 p.m. to receive public testimony on the draft ordinance to expand the Board of Health from three members to at least eight members in accordance with ESSHB 1152 (RCW 70.05.030). The expansion is proposed to take effect July 1, 2022. 

A video conference option will be available in addition to in-person attendance to ensure those wishing to provide testimony have every option available.

Date & Time: Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 3 p.m. or soon thereafter
