Of the 591 citizens living in Nisqually Indian Community in 2020, 95.4 percent said they were only one race, while 4.6 percent said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in March.

Of those who said they were one race, the majority identified as american indian or alaskan native.
