Statement regarding 2020 second half property tax payments
By now, we have all had an opportunity to adjust to the routines of phase 3 opening, business activity is significantly more robust than it was at the end of March, and for all intents and purposes movement is unrestricted. Barring any sudden or unforeseen change that would impair our local economic activity, there will be no extension of the 2020 second half property tax payments. The due date is October 31, because this day falls on a Saturday taxpayers have until Monday, November 2 to pay their property taxes without incurring any late fees.
