The lowest reported price for regular gas in Thurston County was $3.39 per gallon during the week ending Feb. 7, available at two gas stations, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, regular gas averaged $3.87 per gallon.
Of the 94 reported gas stations located within Thurston County, 70 offered regular gas.
Across Washington, the average reported price for a gallon of regular gas rose to $3.89, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
